| Founded in 1986 by Ann
(Nancy) Winston, followed by the addition of Karen Dawson in 1999, and
Cathy Ziemba in 2008, we pride ourselves on our commitment to our

Please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments – we’d love to hear from you! Ann (Nancy) Winston, CPA Nancy grew up in the Chicago area and moved to Colorado in 1974. She graduated from C.U. School of Business in 1979 and obtained her CPA designation in 1980. She started her own firm in 1986. Nancy is involved in a number of volunteer activities, enjoys singing with local groups, going to baseball and hockey games, walking, and biking. Karen P. Dawson, CPA Karen received her B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1987 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1991. Before joining the firm, she worked for a number of years with the Ernst & Young Denver office as an auditor, and then moved into financial reporting and payroll management roles at Time Warner Cable and Corporate Express. Karen enjoys working with clients in various areas of business including professional offices, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, residential and commercial rental property management, and a cupcake bakery! In her personal time, Karen enjoys gardening, cooking, and bicycling. Cathy A. Ziemba, CPA Cathy received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Metropolitan State College of Denver and did her graduate accounting studies work at the University of Colorado at Denver becoming a Certified Public Accountant in 2000. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for Grant Thornton LLP, specializing in state and local taxation issues, and Kingsbery Baris Vogel Nuttall in Boulder. Away from the office, Cathy enjoys playing tennis, hiking, biking, and traveling with her husband. |
